If anyone happens to be in a place with #war going on, then it's fairly likely they'll cut the internet off at some points. How will you communicate then?
Maybe by using #briarapp which is peer to peer encrypted messages and forums which needs no internet access, messages can spread peer to peer over bluetooth and shared local wifi networks.
Seems like it might be useful to some people at the moment.

Looks like there's currently no way to backup your ID or contacts, so that's unlikely to last long-term. Or every much past short-term since a new phone is very likely this year.
